Membership changes & Transfers

Choose the option below and follow the steps to update your membership.

Transferring Brokerages

Switching brokerages? Submit the form below so we can update your records.

Steps:

  1. Complete the Membership Status Form
  2. List the brokerage you are transferring from and to
  3. Include updated contact info (address, phone, email, etc.)

Transferring Boards

Moving your membership to NWAOR? Complete the required forms and request a dues waiver.

Steps:

  1. Complete the Membership Status Form
  2. Complete the NWAOR Application
  3. Call your previous board and request a Dues Waiver (to avoid repaying State/National dues)

Lockboxes:
Purchased lockboxes may transfer with you. Bring a list of serial numbers when joining.

Inactivating Membership

Need to go inactive? Submit the form and return any leased lockboxes.

Steps:

  1. Complete the Membership Status Form and bring it to the office
  2. Return any leased lockboxes within 7 days to avoid being billed full price
  3. Purchased boxes may be bought back depending on condition (call for details)

⚠️ Important:
Membership will not be inactivated until your status shows Inactive or Active with a Referral Company on the Division of Real Estate website.
